Le salon international de l’agriculture se tiendra du 23 février au 2 mars 2008 à Paris, porte de Versailles. L’occasion pour les visiteurs de rencontrer certains professionnels du foie gras et les régions concernées. Cette année, vous pourrez donc rencontrer les professionnels, leur poser toutes vos questions sur leurs produits et pourquoi pas déguster les innovations pour cette année. Au menu des dégustations ou des rencontres : foie gras bien évidemment mais sous différentes formes, frais ou en conserve, en bocal ou encore en semi-conserve sous vide. On y retrouvera du foie gras de canard quasi exclusivement, entier de préférence.
